How do I know your peptides are top quality?
Each peptide batch is tested using cutting-edge analytical methods like HPLC, NMR, FTIR, LC-MS, and Polarimetry. Testing is done both in-house and through third-party labs. Every product ships with a full Certificate of Analysis available for review on our site.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide a range of domestic shipping options, including USPS and FedEx. Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 2 PM CST ship the same day. U.S. orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. Orders placed after hours or over the weekend ship the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. While we’re focused on fast and secure domestic delivery, we are exploring international options for the future.
Can I return a product?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email info@peptideconnect.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and photos if possible, and we’ll make it right.
Where can I track my order?

How should I store my peptides?
Store lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, refrigeration is ideal. Once reconstituted, keep them refrigerated (2–8°C) and use promptly to maintain stability.
Are your peptides safe for human use?
No. All products from Peptide Connect are sold strictly for in-vitro research only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and should not be consumed or applied therapeutically.
What is the typical purity of your peptides?
Most of our peptides are ≥98% pure by HPLC, with many testing at or above 99%. Purity levels and COAs are available for review on each product page.
What form do your peptides come in?
We ship our peptides in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, sealed in sterile glass vials with crimped tops and flip-off caps. You’ll need to reconstitute them before use.
How long do the products last?
Every vial is labeled with an expiration date. This applies to the lyophilized product. Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored properly and used quickly to maintain effectiveness.
Can I check if you carry a specific peptide?

Can I use a discount code on my order?
